Accommodation Care

• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the houses or in any enclosed spaces on the property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please use them responsibly.

• Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property, its furnishings, or any other assets during their stay. We appreciate your care and respect towards our facilities.

Community Respect

• Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquil atmosphere of Alma El Valle is preserved, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect your fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.

• Guest Conduct: We foster a respectful and safe environment for all. Aggressive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

Safety and Security

• Personal Belongings: While we take utmost care to ensure a safe environment, we advise guests to secure their personal belongings. Alma El Valle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures provided in your welcome packet. For immediate assistance, our staff is available 24/7.

Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-In Time: From 3:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving early, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
